1 General Terms & Acceptance

3 Account Registration & Verification

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonus offers are intended for genuine recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordination between players, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures, is prohibited.
• Bonuses must be used within the stated expiry period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.

Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through different accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.

5.3 Seasonal & Event Promotions

1crickex runs seasonal promotions timed around major events in the Bangladesh calendar, including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other significant dates. These promotions are made available to eligible active accounts and are subject to individual terms published at the time of launch. 6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 1crickex platform, you agree to conduct yourself at all times in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud 1crickex or other users, including through chargebacks, false dispute claims, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Automated Tools: The use of bots, scripts, software, or any automated system to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics is strictly forbidden.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, free bets, or promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play is considered abuse and is prohibited.
• Error Exploitation: Taking advantage of any technical error, software glitch, pricing mistake, or system malfunction to place bets or claim winnings at incorrect odds or terms. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or submitting fraudulent identity documents at any stage of the registration or KYC process.

Breach of any of the above obligations entitles 1crickex to immediately suspend or permanently close your account, void any open bets or pending withdrawals, and retain the balance pending investigation. 7 Account Suspension & Closure

1crickex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• Voluntary closure requested by the account holder via written request to our support team.

7.1 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion directly from their account settings or by contacting our support team at support@1crickex. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent are available. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be lifted before the expiry of the chosen period. 7.2 Balance on Closure

Upon legitimate account closure (not resulting from breach of Terms), any verified balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, less any amounts subject to active investigation or dispute. Balances on accounts closed due to Terms violations may be withheld pending a full review.

8 Intellectual Property
